چکیده
Escherichia coli is the normal microbe of intestinal microflora but can cause different illnesses exception tract. And most problem illness with E. etiology rapid antibiotic resistance forming current pathogen. We had aim to detect susceptibility strains separated from samples ill cattle in endometritis and mastitis. 12 types antimicrobial preparations were tested. have founded, wild totally resistant vancomycin, streptomycin, tetracycline, doxycycline, kanamycin, amoxicillin, tylosin. Drugs cephalosporine range also un-efficient. just furazolidone, enrofloxacin, gentamycin shown effective action tested coli. So, testing obligatory therapy-list formation. Just this demonstrate efficient drugs that provide recovery animals.

Antibiotic susceptibility assessment of Escherichia coli isolated from traditional cheeses in Marand, Iran
Background and Aim: Dairy products, especially cheese, are a suitable environment for the growth of pathogenic bacteria that cause disease after being transmitted to humans. Escherichia coli is one of the microbial agents in traditional cheese that causes human disease. The aim of this study was to evaluate the contamination rate of traditional cheeses with E.coli and to determine their antibio...

متن کاملAntibiotic Resistance Patterns in Enteric and Uropathogenic Strains of Escherichia Coli in Children
Abstract Background and Objective: Escherichia coli is the most common cause of urinary tract infections in children and the leading cause of intra-abdominal infections (peritonitis and abscess) followed intestinal injuries. Urinary tract infection, including cystitis and pyelonephritis, is a common childhood infection. E. coli causes more than 90 percent of the community acquired and 50% of ho...
متن کاملAntibiotic susceptibility profiles of Escherichia coli strains lacking multidrug efflux pump genes.
The contribution of seven known and nine predicted genes or operons associated with multidrug resistance to the susceptibility of Escherichia coli W3110 was assessed for 20 different classes of antimicrobial compounds that include antibiotics, antiseptics, detergents, and dyes. Strains were constructed with deletions for genes in the major facilitator superfamily, the resistance nodulation-cell...
